How to Be O.K. with Anything

It is so easy to get caught up and frustrated with what is going on in our lives. I am wondering how to be o.k. in the moment with whatever is happening, especially if it seems like a bad situation.

Spirit Guides: What if you decided every situation was a good situation? What would life be like? We would like to tell you that there are no “bad” situations—all things that happen are designed to teach and help you grow. All situations have benefits or positive effects, though it may take a while for those to be apparent.

What if you decided to not let these “bad” situations take you to an emotional level, and instead viewed the encounter more like it was happening to someone else instead of you? Could you see more easily what the experience would teach or bring to you?

The question we hear you ask is how: “How do I not get emotionally involved in my own life?” The answer is simply decide not to get emotionally caught. The more neutral you are to what is going on, the easier and more quickly you will learn what you need to learn. If you are neutral instead of emotional it is easier to see what steps to take and in what order to take them to get through the “bad” situation with ease. When you move into the place of freaking out, try to remind yourself to breath, calm down and look at the situation with a new set of eyes—eyes that see clearly the entire picture.
