It is Friday and I have been working on my Journey Into The Spirit spiritual products store and decided to take a break. I am wondering what is on my Spirit Guides mind today?

Spirit Guides: We want to take a minute to find out what you are doing to care for and preserve your physical body. As a spirit you worked really hard to manifest having a human body to use to learn through. There is a long line of spirits waiting for there bodies, and are question is, are you treating that body right? Here is a list of simple things to do that we know you sometimes need reminders on:

  • Get plenty of rest. Not just good nights sleep, but honor yourself and when you feel tired during the day take a few minutes to recharge.
  • Drink water and lots of it.  If you are dehydrated you simply can’t function fully.
  • Eat healthy. Organic low acid foods in small portions 5-6 times a day fuels the body properly. With an acid free body, you can be disease free. With small meals all day you don’t have spikes and lows in your blood sugar and you will be more energized.
  • Take vitamins that are appropriate for you. Get some testing done to see what you are low on.
  • Exercise. Walking/jogging and weight work will keep your body toned and healthy.

See what happens if you follow the above list for one week. We are sure you will feel better, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We love you and want to help you get the most out of your human experience.

Note from Lexa: I just realized that there was a world around me, when I allow spirit to flow though me, everything else fades away. I was not expecting that message, I was hoping for, eat some chocolate, you deserve it. (Maybe next time)
