How Do Affirmations Help Us?

During readings lately my Spirit Guides have suggested affirmations to people. I wonder how it helps us to have affirmations.

Spirit Guides: Using an affirmation is a way to reprogram your brain. For someone who has been told or programmed to believe that they are not loveable, saying to themselves on a regular basis, “I am loveable,” will help them rewrite what their brain bought into. It will help them bring back the truth that they are loveable. If you have something that you believe about yourself, but you really know is untrue, using an affirmation can help you get back to the truth of who you really are.

Here is a list of a few affirmations to try:

  • I am loveable.
  • I am creative.
  • I am smart.
  • I am special.
  • I deserve abundance.
  • I am fearless.
  • Life is easy.
  • I am supported.
  • I love life.

Using any, or all, of these simple three word affirmations can be life changing. Why not try a few and see?
