How Do You Find Balance?

I want to look a little bit more at the message from my Spirit Guides to live today like it is your last day.  Since we still have to provide for ourselves and our families, since today is not really our last day, how do we find the balance in providing and throwing caution to the wind to live it up?

Spirit Guides: We love that you are looking for balance. That was really the point in that earlier guided writing. So many people take life so seriously, we would love to see them enjoy it more. By incorporating living each day like it is your last into your workload, it will help bring the fun back. Instead of putting your head down and moving with the grind, you will be able to keep your head up, see the joy you might have been missing and bring some of your dreams to fruition. WHY NOT ENJOY YOUR LIFE? Truth is, this could be your last day. Get the most out of it no matter where you are, who you are with or what you are doing. Turn work into play!

  1. I agree with living in the moment. Mainly because that is really all there is. The past is gone and the future is just around the corner. If you miss the now … you miss your life. My Guide tells me that the NOW is also the time we create are future through are THOUGHTS and VISION. They say are job, as creators, is to put these thoughts and visions out into the Universe and then get out of the way and let the universe manifest them. Of course it is very important that we are clear about are intent. Meaning that if we keep changing are mind of what we want in are life it only confuses the Universe and what we get back is confusion. Of course what you say about Balance is very important in this process. The Balance of our Mental, Physical and Spiritual body makes it so we may stay in the center of our path. This allows us to be open to listening to our inter-voice and receive direction without confusion. We have to remember we are a spirit in a body … not a body with a spirit. 🙂 Blessing, David
