How to Let Go of Fear
So many people in the world are in a place of fear, it seems to be spreading almost an epidemic. I would like to offer you a few ways to let go of fear that have and are working for me. I feel that a few people getting out of fear can spread to help others start letting go of fear, bringing the world back to a more peaceful place.
When any of those fearful ideas or feelings pop up for you, take a minute to change how you feel, by saying thank you that everything is fine, that there is plenty of money, love of whatever your fear is. It will help you move out of the fear and bring the things you want to you.
This is quick and simple meditation to do on a fairly regular basis: sit down, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths to relax, then imagine a pipe going from the bottom of your spine to deep in the center of the earth. This pipe serves as an energetic grounding cord that gives you a place to release things you no longer need. As you sit with your eyes closed, allow any fear you have to start releasing down your grounding cord. Whatever fear you might have, fear of not having enough money, fear of not being loved, fear of failure or success. Simply allow the fear or fears to release from your body. This could take about 5 – 7 minutes. After you allow the fear to release, fill your self up with something good. Imagine a golden that comes in through the top of your head and fills you completely. The golden sun helps fill in the places where you held the fear so that the fear does not come back. Doing this simple meditation has changed my and many of my students lives.
